I teach yoga classes in the Chew Valley, Somerset, including Chew Magna, Chew Stoke, Litton & Timsbury. My classes range from Vinyasa Flow to Yin Yoga & Guided Meditation and are suitable for beginners & experienced practitioners alike.

What To Expect?
A space which allows you, the student, to explore the connection between your own body, breath & mind & that encourages you to experience each moment for yourself in a fun & playful way.
Your practice is just that, your practice, unique to you & not to be compared to anyone else. I want you to look forward to stepping onto your mat time & time again.
Whether you join a morning or evening yoga class or book me for your private yoga event (like a hen do or festival) I love to see how students develop & advance in their practice over time. In my eyes each yogi is walking their own, individual path & I am honoured to be a part of the process.
About Jo…
Having taken up yoga in 2013 (initially so I could become more flexible) I can honestly say that it has changed my life for the better… My body, the food I put in it, my behaviour & most importantly my mind… I want to offer this to others as to me, yoga is quite literally a super power!
Through my teaching I aim to give you; the student, a safe space to move & breathe, I wish to empower you, so that you feel not only more confident but encouraged… Essentially when you leave a class I hope you feel stronger, calmer & in a better head space.
