My classes welcome everybody, from complete beginners to long-time practitioners. Each class is inclusive, with options & modifications offered so you can practice in a way that feels right for you.

I invites you to go at your own pace, listen to your body, & enjoy yoga without pressure, judgement or expectation.

What To Expect?

I wish to create a space which allows you, the student, to explore the connection between your own body, breath & mind & that encourages you to experience each moment for yourself in a fun & playful way.

Your practice is just that, your practice, unique to you & not to be compared to anyone else. Each of you is on your own individual journey & I hope you feel encouraged to try new things, relaxed & challenged (at times) but never overwhelmed. I want you to look forward to stepping onto your mat time & time again. 

I love to see how my students develop & advance in their practice over time. In my eyes each yogi is walking their own, individual path & I am honoured to be a part of the process.

About Jo…

Having taken up yoga in 2013 (initially so I could become more flexible) I can honestly say that it has changed my life for the better… My body, the food I put in it, my behaviour & most importantly my mind…  I want to offer this to others as to me, yoga is quite literally a super power!

Through my teaching I aim to give you; the student, a safe space to move & breathe, I wish to empower you, so that you feel not only more confident but encouraged… Essentially when you leave a class I hope you feel stronger, calmer & in a better head space.

It’s hard to express how wonderful Jo is, from the moment I walked into her class I have been obsessed. She is the most wonderful teacher, so natural and relaxing. She gives us so much freedom in our yoga, yet has the most understanding direction. Thank you for everything. Namaste
