A Bit About My Journey…

My journey began just like many others; very simply, I wanted to be able to touch my toes. I began practising Yoga for its physical benefits such as strength & flexibility but soon I realised that it was much more powerful than anticipated. I fell in love with the practice & the positive effects it had on both my mind & body, on & off the mat & whilst I can now touch my toes (it took a while), I’m in love with the whole journey.

I have trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Rocket & Yin & wholeheartedly believe that balance is key in every aspect of life; where we have Yang, we must have Yin. I am a motivated & passionate yoga teacher & I take great influence from everyday life & those around me.

I aim to lead classes that are a little different every time. When you leave I want for you to be feeling a combination of relaxed, rejuvenated & empowered & to know you have the necessary tools to take on whatever life throws at you.

No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path.

What To Expect

I wish to create a space which allows you, the student, to explore the connection between your own body, breath & mind & that encourages you to experience each moment for yourself in a fun & playful way.

Your practice is just that, your practice, unique to you & not to be compared to anyone else. Each of you is on your own individual journey & I hope you feel encouraged to try new things, relaxed & challenged (at times) but never overwhelmed. I want you to look forward to stepping onto your mat time & time again.

I love to see how my students develop & advance in their practice over time. In my eyes each yogi is walking their own, individual path & I am honoured to be a part of the process.

What About The Future?

Born in the UK & having travelled quite extensively (but not nearly enough), the goal is to one day buy land/ a space where I can build something that will host yoga retreats. I also make crystal decorated handmade soy wax candles ; Wilde Candle Co (available to purchase here) so would love to have a shop within the yoga studio/space.

I believe in supporting small businesses so where possible I aim to sell unique, local & handmade items. I also love animals (I have a little dog named Tia) & can’t wait to start adding to the family!

By choosing to practice with me, by hosting an event & even by following me on social media you are supporting & getting me closer to my future vision.
